The prerequisite for a different delivery address is that the delivery address and billing address are in the same country. This is relevant for customs and tax reasons.

After we have received your return, it will be checked. After the check we will confirm receipt of the return by e-mail. Therefore it can take up to 7 days before you receive a confirmation with all the refund details.

The return transfer is made using the payment method that you selected during the order. Please note that the actual transfer back of the amount may take a few days (depending on the payment method).

Entering a company address including UID number, which is a prerequisite for Intra-Community delivery, is not possible directly in the Pöttinger Online Fanshop.
If you would like to place a company order, please contact the ISTAC Service-Team. We are happy to handle your request.

After successful registration or login in the Pöttinger Online Fanshop, the actual shipping costs for your delivery country are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart.

The following payment methods are offered:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• PayPal

(Purchase on account is not available.)
Please note that ISTAC Promotion GmbH appears in the booking line of PayPal, your bank or your credit card statement instead of PÖTTINGER Landtechnik GmbH.
